Kishore
Pahadi
Let
the quarrel
linger
as always
That,
now and then
I
could shred your ego that has shot up like pine
into
a sharpened pencil stub
And
With
the same
scribble
'hi','hello' and 'miss you"
to
the confines of inboxed relationship
once
again.
That's
why
the
old calendars have been cautiously stacked
in
the lowermost shelf
once
in while
the
old dates jump
days
gasp
helter skelter
and
make a noisy humdrum
With
that humdrum I want to sing
again
Let
the quarrels
linger
as always.
