Nepal is a beautiful and religious country. Surrounded by the Himalayan ranges on all the sides altogether with its preeminence beauty, this country has inspired many writers (poets, novelist, etc.) and their writing delivers a person into a state of euphoria.
Among the above-mentioned writers’ "Sailendra Sakar" is one of them. Being a prominent writer of Nepal however, unlike many poets, he introduces people's everyday experiences and reality quite uniquely, and delivers them with deftness and perspicuously, hence his style of writing has helped him earn high prestige too.
Sakar’s writing describes the life and the process of living. His writings reflect the love and heart aching pain that follows in every up and down of a human being. The how and why an abstract question that arises within us concerning life and love is also explained so diligently that the readers feel as if they themselves are the protagonist.
Stories and poems compiled in his book named “Kolaj”, Kabita ma America and Sailendra Sakar ka kabita haru remains a proof of his great skills. But his keen interest on Women’s Right has also earned him a great respect from “Kathama Nari Hastachhar” which is a story about the right that a woman deserves and should always be restored. He has been playing a huge role to promote women writers in Nepal and also has respect towards them.
Sailendra Sakar reciting his poem
"Sharpa haru Geet Sundainan" [Snakes don’t understand Songs] had enhanced his literary personality because it was the most loved and read among all of his others. It describes such situations that can or will cause an effect on humans. I am sure that Sakar will be appreciated as a role model for many who are pursuing this literary field and who wants to in the future. Looking ahead at the big picture, I envision all of his writings. I think without his unique skill, the poems would be difficult to understand.
His stories and poetry will allow the reader to re-orient him/herself with respect to various points on the picture. That is what Sailendra Sakar is currently working on.

So yes, read Sailendra Sakar, and you'll feel and see flowers blooming, birds singing, and the vastness of the sky where the moon shines in the presence of all the twinkling stars all in one place and in order.
